The most convenient way of visiting Hong Kong is by AIR. Hong Kong has one of the best airport in the world and the connecting transport from the airport to the city are very efficient. Since we know Hong Kong pretty well, we usually booked our air tickets & accommodation online instead of getting travel package, that gave us more flexibility in planning our itinerary than joining a tour group. If you are going Hong Kong for the first time and with your family or friends ( >4 members ), I will recommend you & your family or friends to join a tour group to get yourselves familiar to Hong Kong. Transportation can be a hassle in Hong Kong for a larger group.
