Peach Bun

It is a Hong Kong local tradition to have this dish during birthday dinner. It brings more happy years to the birthday person in the future.
This is not really a gourmet dish… it is just merely a bread dough stuffed with sweet lotus paste. Taste good when it is eaten with chinese tea.
